Initial Session: 55 Minute Consultation
The Initial Consultation includes:
- Discussion of your situation and goals
- Coaching and energy work as time allows
- Recommendations for follow up and discussion of next steps based upon your goals and situation
Once the initial session is complete, we will discuss a custom plan to address your concerns, goals and needs.

Typical Approaches / Programs
Every session is flexible and customized for your current situation and “in the moment” needs. We utilize a blend of energy work, spiritual channeling and coaching work. The 4 dimensions of coaching are integrated: your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
- When we begin our work together, optimally there are four weekly follow up visits after the initial session. This can create an initial feeling of balance and centering – which can further help fuel early, positive changes in your life. Clients usually purchase a 5 or 10 session package.
- Some clients prefer a structured, comprehensive program.
- These clients opt for the What About Me program, which combines the energy work, spiritual channeling and coaching work across 12 sessions/6 months.
- The program involves an in depth assessment of key areas of your life, development of goals, structured discussions regarding your needs and ongoing changes, and journaling to assist you in creating these changes.
- Some clients prefer to work “as needed” and schedule an appointment as the need arises.
Already Working with a Therapist or Counselor?
If you are working with a therapist or counselor, I honor and respect the boundaries of this relationship. In these cases, we focus primarily on energy work; many clients have discovered that it helps maximize the effectiveness of the therapeutic work. In certain circumstances, it has helped clients avoid the need for pharmaceutical support
How to Get Started
Initial Consult: $100 – pay via the PayPal link when you make your first appointment
Five Session Package: $475 and includes a 5% discount
Ten Session Package: $900 where the 10th session is no charge
What About Me Program: $1200 for 12 sessions. This is a structured six month program that can help you radically change your life. Workbook and journal included.
Individual Pay as You Go Sessions: $100 per session
